The operating system or file-provider application may process your selection according to its own privacy practices.

7. Sharing and Opening Files

When you choose to open or share a file, the App may send the selected file to another application through the sharing or file-opening functions provided by your operating system.

The receiving application may process that file according to its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how another application handles a file after you intentionally share or open it with that application.

8. Third-Party Services and Libraries

The App may use third-party software libraries or operating-system services to provide functions such as:

  • Selecting images and documents.
  • Scanning documents.
  • Creating and displaying PDF files.
  • Opening files.
  • Sharing files.
  • Saving files.
  • Detecting text through OCR.

Third-party components may process limited technical information according to their respective privacy policies. We do not share the contents of your files with third parties for advertising or behavioral profiling.

If advertising, analytics, cloud storage, crash reporting, or other online services are added to the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify those services and explain the data they process.

9. Advertising and Analytics

Current status: The App does not use advertising or analytics services that collect personal information, unless otherwise disclosed in the App.

If the App displays advertisements or uses analytics services, those providers may process information such as:

  • Device information.

  • App interactions.
  • Crash and performance information.

This section must be updated before such services are enabled.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

  • When you intentionally share a file with another application or person.
  • When required to provide a feature you requested.
  • When required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • When necessary to protect users, the developer, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
  • With service providers identified in this Privacy Policy, if applicable.

Because most processing occurs locally, we generally do not receive or possess your files.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Files generated or imported by the App remain stored until:

  • You delete them through the App.
  • You delete them using your device’s file manager.
  • You clear the App’s data.
  • The operating system removes temporary files.
  • You uninstall the App, for files stored in its private directory.

Files saved outside the App’s private directory may remain after uninstallation.

Because the App does not operate a user account or remote file-storage service, we generally cannot remotely locate or delete files stored on your device.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse of information processed by the App. These measures may include:

  • Processing files locally whenever possible.
  • Requesting only permissions needed for active features.

  • Keeping third-party dependencies updated.

However, no device, storage system, or data-transfer method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device, backups, and personal documents.

The App is a general-purpose document utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a connected service used by the App, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of files, cameras, and sharing features.

14. International Users

File processing is generally performed on your device. If the App later uses an online service, information processed by that service may be transferred to or processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Any such processing will be disclosed in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

15. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information. You can:

  • Choose which images and documents the App may access.
  • Deny or revoke permissions through device settings.
  • Delete imported or generated files.
  • Clear the App’s data.
  • Uninstall the App.
  • Choose whether to share files with another application.
  • Contact us with privacy-related questions or requests.

If the App does not collect information on a remote server, some data-access or deletion requests may not apply because we do not possess the data stored locally on your device.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

  • App features.
  • Permissions.
  • Third-party services.
  • Legal requirements.
  • Security and operational practices.

The latest version will be displayed in the App and, where required, on a publicly accessible webpage.
