Overview
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies regarding user data control, users of PixaPDF : Image to PDF & Scanner (developed by Onewanta) can request the full deletion of their account credentials and associated cloud data at any time.
We provide two convenient ways to delete your account: directly In-App via the application settings, or online using the Web Request Form on this page.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant & Recommended)
Open the PixaPDF App
Launch PixaPDF : Image to PDF & Scanner on your Android device.
Navigate to My Account
Open the left drawer menu and tap on My Account (or Akun Saya).
Tap 'Delete Account' & Confirm
Scroll to the bottom of the My Account screen, tap Delete Account (Hapus Akun), and confirm. Your account credentials and Cloud Firestore profile will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Online Deletion Request (Web Form / Email)
If you no longer have the app installed on your device, you can submit an online request using the form below or send an email to pixapdf.one@gmail.com.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
When you request deletion of your PixaPDF account, the following data is handled as described below:

| Pro Subscription Entitlement PixaPDF subscription status and entitlement data |
Deleted | Subscription entitlement records associated with your PixaPDF account are deleted from our database. This does not delete purchase or payment records maintained by Google Play. |
| Local Files & Documents Converted PDFs, scanned documents, and other locally stored files |
Stored Locally | Files created or stored locally by PixaPDF remain on your device and are not automatically deleted when you delete your PixaPDF account. You can delete these files at any time using PixaPDF or your device's file manager. |
| Google Play Transaction Records Purchase and payment-related records |
Retained by Google | Google Play independently processes and retains transaction records in accordance with Google's policies and applicable tax, legal, accounting, and financial requirements. PixaPDF does not control Google's retention of these records. |
Important Note About Document Processing
PixaPDF is designed to keep your documents stored locally on your device whenever possible. Certain features that require server-side processing may temporarily transmit document data to our processing servers to perform the requested operation.
Where applicable, such uploaded data is processed only for the requested operation and is not intended to be retained as a permanent copy after processing is completed, subject to technical logs, security records, and applicable legal requirements.
Deleting your PixaPDF account does not automatically remove files that remain on your device.

Your account deletion request has been registered. Our support team at Onewanta will verify and process the removal of your account credentials from Cloud Firestore within 7 to 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once completed.
